PALM CITY, FLORIDA TALKS HORSE TALK

CoolCoolSmile Hi, there from Palm City, Florida.  I am a Realtor, work with Yanick Realty  and sell equestrian property in South Florida,  I  want to invite you to my blog, PALM CITY, FLORIDA TALKS HORSE TALK.   I want you to get to know about this beautiful area of South Florid,  especially Martin County and its neighbors.  Just for an introduction, let me tell you a little about me.

Sports and outdoor activities has always been important to me, so I made that a part of raising my family.  I am originally from Alabama and have always thought of Florida as my first choice.  I loved the sun and beaches so much that I just moved  to Florida after becoming an "Empty Nester".  Later, I became interested in horses and so did my children and grandchildren.  My granddaughter started jumping at the age of seven. We have done the whole 9 yards in  the equestrian lifestyle.  That is why I decided to specialize my real estate career around what I love....EQUESTRIAN  PROPERTIES.Big Smile

My first property to show you is located in Okeechobee County in a new Equestrian Community called SHERMAN RANCHES. This community is located  on Highway 710 and is about ten minutes to the city of Okeechobee.  This is a new development and has had some price reductions to make this an escellent area to consider if you plan to build, have children, or just want a Gentleman's Farm.  The properties are about 10 acres more or less.  There is a beautiful entrance to the property with its own private paved road that meanders into the property.  The Lot I want to talk to you about is Lot 1.  This lot came on the market at $499,000 for 9.37 acers.  The owner is anxious to sell so he reduced his price to $429,000.  "This is a good thing". as people say.  There is a same HOA with the community and taxes are low.  Take a look
